Who I am

For the past three decades I have coached, consulted and advised courageous and visionary leaders around the world. I am passionate about partnering with individuals who recognize the crucial time we are living in and feel an imperative to grow into the next best version of themselves in order to create organizations that demonstrate resilience and collaboration during difficult times.

Through years of developing the capacity to uncover blind spots in myself, to heal inner and outer conflict, and through working intimately with hundreds of clients – I’ve come to provide a way of working with individuals and teams that is profound and pragmatic. By way of compassionate and rigorous dialogue we identify the "future that is emerging" and the conditions (outer and inner) that are both supporting and preventing this future from being realized. It’s a process of discerning "developmental edges" and then together, like tending the soil in a garden, we create the conditions for transformational growth to take root.

I stand with and for my clients as they deeply engage with what it will take for them to meet this remarkable moment in human history with courage, humility, and vulnerability.  I enter this relationship with a deep commitment to my client’s resilience, creativity and capacity to fulfill their purpose and serve the world.
