How Dana Works

The work, that Dana has come to call Wayfinding, starts with an experience in nature with the leader of an organization who is at the threshold of a big transition — an inner or outer crisis calling her or him into deep inquiry around what time it is, both in their life and in the world. While in nature Dana and his clients have profound conversations, unfolding deep inquiries. 

Dana guides his clients in a process of reckoning, helping them identify the tensions that are generating an integrity gap between the path they are currently on and what the future is calling them toward. Dana helps his clients turn towards these tensions with curiosity, compassion and humor in partnership with the Earth. These are the ingredients for transformative insights to arise and a deep sourcing of what’s calling  — in one’s life, in one’s role as a leader and in the larger organization. 

Next, attention turns to the real world business challenges his clients face. These challenges are re-framed as a practice field to which to bring  new insights and capabilities. Dana helps his clients design a path forward that is in service of the emergent future.
